Subject; Request for Bid – Utility Closet Repair

Hello, I am looking for a bid for a small utility closet repair in a condo unit. The water heater has already been removed due to prior water damage, and a licensed plumber will be reinstalling the new unit separately. At this stage, I am only seeking a contractor or handyman for the repair work inside the utility closet itself. The scope of work is approximately as follows: • Install 1/2-inch cement board on roughly 17 square feet of floor area • Repair the lower drywall in the closet • Install/replace baseboard as needed • Paint all affected areas • Detach and reset shelving if needed for the repair Please let me know if this is something you handle.
