Fix leaking bathroom faucet and replace shower head

The bathroom faucet under the sink has been dripping for about a week. Also need the shower head replaced — the current one has low pressure and some rust buildup. Both fixtures are standard size. Easy access, no major demo required. Looking for a quick fix, ideally same day or next day.
